Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Commercial Boiler/Chiller Service Technician with a strong background in commercial HVAC systems. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, including boilers, chillers, and ductwork, ensuring optimal performance and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems, including boilers and chillers.
- Design and modify ductwork as required.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues with precision.
- Communicate effectively with clients, coworkers, and project managers to ensure project success.
- Lead and mentor junior technicians, fostering a culture of learning and development.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Commercial HVAC Boiler/Chiller Service Technician.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; additional technical education is advantageous.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, including boilers, chillers, and ductwork design.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong work ethic, with a stable work history.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
