Are you a skilled and experienced HVAC technician seeking a stable position in a rewarding senior living environment?

Asbury Heights, a vibrant senior living community, seeks a qualified HVAC Technician to join our Facilities team! In this crucial role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the comfort and well-being of our residents by maintaining a safe and functional heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system.

What You'll Do:

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on HVAC systems to optimize performance and efficiency.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC malfunctions, identifying and repairing problems promptly.
• Perform repairs and replacements on various HVAC components, including furnaces, air conditioners, ventilation systems, and thermostats.
• Ensure proper air quality and temperature control throughout the facility.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Document service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed.
• May assist with other facilities maintenance tasks as needed (a plus).

Who You Are:

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent and HVAC certification (EPA 608 Universal Technician Certification preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in a residential or commercial HVAC maintenance and repair role.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, equipment, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
• Strong work ethic and a reliable attendance record.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (a plus).
