Job Title: HVAC Technician

Salary: $25+/hr (BOE)

Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems
• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as necessary
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system malfunctions, identifying and resolving issues efficiently
• Conduct inspections to ensure proper functioning of HVAC systems and compliance with safety standards
• Collaborate with clients and colleagues to discuss system requirements, provide recommendations, and address concerns
• Keep accurate records of work performed, including service reports, equipment maintenance logs, and inventory records
• Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and regulations to enhance skills and knowledge
• Comply with all safety protocols and regulations while working on HVAC systems
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction with the services provided
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to company standards and best practices

Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or its equivalent.
• A certification in HVAC is highly preferred.
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in HVAC system installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Ability to multi-task and perform in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Stellar customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• A strong understanding of HVAC systems, with a keen mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and consistent access to reliable transportation.
