Your New Role: 

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Diagnose HVAC systems like a detective—find the root of the problem, not just the symptoms.
• Repair and optimize HVAC systems to ensure they’re running at peak efficiency, keeping our clients happy.
• Prevent breakdowns with expert-level maintenance: cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting parts to keep everything humming.
• Evaluate HVAC systems and make upgrade recommendations to extend their life and improve performance.
• Deliver top-notch customer service by keeping clients informed every step of the way.
• Complete paperwork with precision because details matter—service reports, work orders, maintenance logs—all in a day's work.

• 2-3 years of residential HVAC experience (required)
• EPA certification for refrigerants (required)
• Clean and professional appearance (visible tattoos must be in good taste)
• Strong ability to generate 5-star customer reviews
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Able to pass a drug test and background check
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
