As an Accounts Receivable Specialist with billing experience, you will be essential in managing accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely and accurate billing, and utilizing advanced Excel skills to analyze financial data. Your role will also involve delivering exceptional customer service and managing client interactions. Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing the accounts receivable process for government contracts, including generating and issuing invoices, tracking payments, and reconciling discrepancies.
• Leveraging advanced Excel skills, such as pivot tables and VLOOKUP, to analyze accounts receivable data, monitor cash flow, and create detailed financial reports.
• Assisting with month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Providing outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving billing issues, and ensuring accurate and timely payment processing.
• Collaborating with the finance team to streamline accounts receivable processes and enhance operational efficiency.
• Supporting audits and addressing any discrepancies or issues related to accounts receivable.

Preferred Qualifications for the Accounts Receivable Specialist:
