Qualified candidates should have...
- 1-2 years of business experience or experience in a customer service role
- Basic Excel experience (reading and editing spreadsheets, locating data within Excel documents)
- Ability to multitask, hold self accountable, and make decisions with minimal supervision
- Any experience with insurance is preferred but not required!
Job Summary: The main job function of this role will be to make audit assignments, triage completed work, and obtain new line contact information
- Audit assignments and back-office support through daily/monthly low complexity tasks
- Complete audit assignment packages
- Inspection reports for audit staff or communication to audit vendor.
- Work order creation
- Administration of various email boxes
- Triage completed work to ensure proper routing and updating applicable systems with received dates
- Monthly self-reporting of applicable performance metrics which may include production time attendance.
- Note: this is more of an office role, and will not require phone calls/phone customer service!
