We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Consulting HYBRID Contract Recruiter to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to utilize your expertise in the finance industry and make a significant impact on our organization's success. As a Consulting HYBRID Contract Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top-tier talent in the finance sector, with a particular emphasis on healthcare finance roles. You will be working on both on-site and remote positions, making the most of your flexible skillset. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, particularly in the finance industry.
Responsibilities:
1. Drive the entire recruitment process, from the initial job posting to the final offer negotiation, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
2. Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent in the finance industry.
3. Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate suitability, using behavioral-based interviewing methodologies.
4. Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
5. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements, and provide expert advice on market trends and candidate availability.
6. Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment status, and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders.
7. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
8. Continually improve the recruitment process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Recruiter, preferably within the finance industry.
2. Proven experience in sourcing and recruiting for healthcare finance roles is highly desirable.
3. Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
4. Excellent interviewing skills, with a focus on behavioral-based interviewing techniques.
5. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
7. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
8. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
9. Professional certification in recruitment (e.g., CIR, ACIR, CDR, CSSR, PRC, ECRE) is a plus.
