About the Job
Ultimate Staffing is recruiting a Customer Service Representative in Cary IL. This is a Hybrid role with three days on site and 2 days work from home. This is an exciting opportunity in the Medical Devic industry, providing Customer support to clients regarding sales, installation and promotions of medical devices. This starts off as a 12-month contract to potential permanent employment for the successful candidate
Schedule: Monday Through Wednesday 8am - 5pm onsite - Thursday & Friday Remote
Pay Rate Range: $20-$22 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Provides customer services relating to sales, sales promotions, installations, and communications.
- Ensures that good customer relations are maintained, and customer claims and complaints are resolved fairly, effectively and in accordance with the consumer laws.
- Develops organization-wide initiatives to proactively inform and educate customers.
- Develops improvement plans in response to customer surveys.
- Handle high volume of inbound/outbound phone calls.
Requirements
- 2 Years Customer service experience
- Experience with SAP preferred
