Hybrid Customer Service Representative at TEKsystems

TekSystems is hiring for a medical device customer service representative!

Description:

- Inbound, Outbound Calls of 50+ a day

- Customer support for created cases

- Working on email requests from case managers regarding reimbursements - case managers are third party

- High volume of emails, 100+ a day from case managers

- Review master files to see if there are existing worked cases and reference case # and check # in Microsoft Excel

- Responsible for calling customer directly for new cases and establish an account for reimbursement

- We will need candidates that have strong customer service skills along with excel, Microsoft outlook and ability to multi-task.

- Agents will work a hybrid schedule in Northfield office Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and remote Monday and Friday.

- Contract position until end of year with potential for extension

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Must Haves:

- 1 year of customer service inbound and outbound phones (50+ calls a day)

- Basic Microsoft Excel experience - very simple V-lookups. They will using v-lookup to match catalog items from the customer to company SKUs

- Basic computer skills and typing skills

- Outlook for Email

-Ability to work onsite in Northfield, IL up to 3 days per week
