Key Responsibilities
- Engage with Clients: Respond to client inquiries with enthusiasm and professionalism to create a positive customer experience.
- Develop Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of customers, including homeowners, contractors, and interior designers.
- Drive Sales: Utilize your sales expertise to connect with customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the entire sales process, from lead qualification to closing deals.
- Provide Client Guidance: Direct clients to resources such as virtual design consultations, product guides, and promotional materials to enhance their purchasing experience.
- Product Recommendations: Recommend cabinetry solutions that align with clients' specific requirements, including style, budget, and project scope.
- Become a Product Expert: Develop in-depth knowledge of product lines and samples to confidently explain product features, benefits, and differentiators.
- Manage Client Relationships: Follow up with clients across various channels to maintain engagement and support throughout the sales process.
- Track Sales Performance: Use CRM tools to monitor sales activities and analyze feedback to improve performance and meet sales targets.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the Kitchen Design team and other departments to ensure seamless project and purchase transitions for clients.
Qualifications
- Sales Experience: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience with a strong emphasis on customer interaction and satisfaction.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively address customer needs.
- Passion for Sales: Genuine interest in cabinetry and interior design, with a drive to contribute to the company's growth.
- Product Knowledge: Familiarity with kitchen and cabinetry products is preferred, but quick learners with the ability to absorb new information are welcome.
- Industry Insight: Understanding of trends, standards, and product quality in the cabinetry or interior design industry.
- Time Management: Strong ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
