This is a hybrid opportunity open to candidates located anywhere from Massachusetts (MA) to Georgia (GA), offering flexibility and the chance to work both remotely and on-site as needed.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Construction Project Manager position include:

• 5+ years of experience in contract or project administration, specifically within the Utilities/Heavy Civil or Horizontal Commercial Construction industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Coordinate with office and field staff to ensure comprehensive administrative oversight and project preparedness.
• Complete all project paperwork including Government and Client documentation.
• Ensure all projects meet client reporting requirements and manage client-related paperwork.
• Draft and execute change orders to accommodate project adjustments.
• Monitor project budgets, prepare accurate billing statements, and ensure projects align with budgets.

Salary: $110,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus performance-based bonus potential.

Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits, including health insurance contributions of $160 per week, a 401k plan, and a flexible work schedule that promotes work-life balance.
