About the Job
Experience required:
Entry level position looking for a basic understanding and practical experience with electronics repair, equipment maintenance, equipment installation, systems integration, equipment testing, and equipment inspection.
Capable of safely handling hand tools and following directions from peers, colleagues, and superiors.
Experience with industrial devices used for level, flow, pressure, and temperature measurement is a plus.
Experience with industrial PLCs, controllers, and system network architecture is a plus.
Compensation level is based on experience.
Previous work with Navel Information Warfare Center (NIWC), Army Corp of Engineers (ACoE), or other government agencies in these areas is a plus.
Candidate will be responsible for participating in the equipment and automation system installations on government programs focused on real-time monitoring and data recording for product inventory control systems and process control systems on a world-wide basis. Significant (up to 100%) travel is required.
Should be able to demonstrate basic understanding of the following: equipment drawings, electrical/electronic schematics, plan drawings, elevation drawings, and connection drawings.
