IAM Audit Request and Compliance Analyst - Software Guidance & Assistance

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for an IAM Audit Request and Compliance Analyst for a CONTRACT assignment with one of our premier BANKING clients in Auburn Hills, MI.

2x weekly onsite

Responsibilities :

• Candidate will be responsible for ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our organizational systems and data by overseeing and enforcing IAM policies and procedures organization wide.

Required Skills:

• Develop, implement and maintain IAM policies and procedures.
• Conduct IAM risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential security threats and vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that IAM processes and aligned with business requirements and industry best practices.
• Provide guidance and support to business unites regarding IAM policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
• Conduct periodic reviews of IAM policies and procedures to ensure they remain effective and relevant.
• Monitor and report on IAM performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendation for remediation.
• Respond to IAM-related incidents, ensuring they are handled appropriately and in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Conduct training an awareness sessions on IAM policies and procedures for business units and end-users

Qualifications :

• Bachelors' degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• 3+ years od experience in IAM governance, risk, and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of IAM principles, practices and technologies
• Experience in conducting IAM risk assessments and developing IAM policies and procedures
• Knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements related to IAM, such as GDPR, HIPAA, and SOC.
• IAM certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CRISC are preferred.
