We are seeking an experienced Identity Access Project Manager to lead and manage identity and access management (IAM) initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IAM solutions, with proficient skills in Fischer Identity products. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, ensuring compliance with security policies, and overseeing the successful implementation and maintenance of IAM systems.

Responsibilities:

• Lead IAM projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Fischer Identity products and other IAM solutions.
• Work closely with IT staff, faculty, and administration to understand IAM requirements and provide solutions that meet the institution's needs.
• Ensure all IAM processes comply with institutional policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities for improving IAM processes and implement best practices.
• Provide training and support to staff and end-users on IAM systems and processes.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of IAM systems, configurations, processes, and procedures.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in identity and access management, with at least 2 years in a project management role.
• Proficiency in Fischer Identity products and other IAM solutions.
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts, security policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent project management skills, with experience using project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in higher education or a similar environment is preferred.
• PMP or relevant Certification required
