IAM Transformation PM
Location: Whitehouse Station, NJ
Duration: 6 months contract to hire
Job description:
Expectation that PM will manage own time to:
Coordinate and oversee the transition of work across resources
Coordinate defining the owner(s) of all outstanding identity management requests, define milestone for fulfillment of all and track metrics on status. Escalate issues to Client Program Manager when necessary.
Track and maintain issue log and at times, perform analysis to determine path forward.
Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day activities required to achieve the above, involving interaction with End User Services, Security, Engineering and Identity Management teams and external vendors. Work with stakeholders in multiple regions and time zones.
Work with Business and Process analysts to support and assist in ensuring newly mapped process flows are accounted for in deployment plans.
Be responsible for the administration and production of PMO project documentation.
Assess project risks in an informed and considered manner and plan for their mitigation.
As required, escalate any residual impediments to delivery and ensure that they are remediated.
Track progress against milestones, deadlines and budget. Report on these items to key stakeholders and provide new or updated dependency information into Shared Services and PMO Management.
Candidate Requirements
7+ years experience in IT Project and Program Management
Experience with Identity and Access Management projects or security related programs a plus
Six Sigma Blackbelt preferred
ITIL certified
4yr college degree
Excellent Communications and Reporting Skills
