Job Title: IBM CPQ Developer
Location: Boca Raton, Florida (Can work from home)
Position Type: 1 Year+ Contract
Rate: Market/DOE (w-2/1099 only)
Main duties and responsibilities:
Functional Applications professionals design, implement and deploy packaged software solutions to optimize a particular business processes or management function. CRM Applications professionals design, develop and deploy solutions and applications that help clients optimize the value they derive from their customer relationships and marketing and service strategies. Adapts existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex problems. Understands the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals. Uses considerable judgment to determine solution and seeks guidance on complex problems. Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor. May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Client Determines methods and procedures on new assignments with guidance. Decisions often impact the team in which they reside. Manages small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Client.
Required Skill set:
Experience in B2C and B2B online e-commerce systems architecture and design
Minimum 3 years' experience as a team member of successful software project implementations related to SAAS, CRM, or ERP
Completion of several CRM integration and extension projects in development and lead functional/technical roles
Experience in Pricing, CPQ, and Order Management domain
Experience in Enterprise Integration tools, ETL and Web Application Development
Strong analytic and problem solving skills
Strong understanding of software development methodologies
Ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional and cross-vendor team environment
Preferred Skill set:
1+ years of experience with major Quote and Product Configurators like Siebel, Oracle Big Machines, IBM Sterling Commerce, PROS Chameleon, CallidusCloud, Apttus 1+ years of experience with major Pricing tools like Vendavo, Revitas, Zilliant 2+ years of design and coding skills in JSP, RIA, or SQL Experience with JavaScript, Java, Rules Engines, Object Modeling, or XML Strong desire to build high-performance, highly-available and scalable distributed systems Be highly innovative, flexible and self-directed Professional Skill Requirements: Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment Desire to work in an information systems environment Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills Excellent leadership and management skills
