Required Skills:
- 7+ years of relevant experience in IT Industry in IBM Tivoli Manager
- Preferably IBM Certified and ITIL Foundation certified
- Leadership skills with ability to work in a client facing role as an individual contributor
- Identify areas of improvement and formulate improvement plans
Responsibilities:
- Maintain Tivoli monitoring platform installations and proficiency with agent-based and agent less monitoring installation, deployment and troubleshooting.
- Set up monitors specifically for URL monitoring, system infrastructure monitoring for CPU, Memory and Disk, Log file monitoring, Process monitoring and Service monitoring in ITM.
- Carry out SNMP event setup between ITM and Tivoli Netcool Omnibus
