Skills Required:
- Strong experience in installing, configuring and performance tuning IBM WebSphere Application Server on latest version.
- Good experience in performance tuning of JVM parameters for large distributed applications.
- Monitoring the JVM performance by analyzing WebSphere Heap Size and garbage collection.
- Strong experience in working with server teams and understanding of server configurations for large JEE applications.
- Strong understanding of configuring clustering and load balancing for server products.
- Good understanding of scripts (ANT/Shell/Perl), build/deploy procedures, HTML UI, CSS and Java-script.
- Exposure and understanding of webservers (tomcat or Apache or Similar) & configuring proxies & Server Shell scripting.
