• Pay Range: $75,000-$89,000
• Reporting To: Director of ECM

Program Manager – Intensive Case Management Services

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Program Manager to oversee our Intensive Case Management Services at permanent supportive housing sites. This role requires strong leadership skills, an in-depth knowledge of homelessness services, and the ability to manage diverse teams and complex programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee service delivery and crisis management for supportive housing programs.
• Coordinate with property management and community partners to ensure smooth client transitions into permanent housing.
• Supervise and support a team of Case Managers, providing training, performance evaluations, and clinical oversight.
• Develop policies, procedures, and quality assurance systems to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Track program performance, funder reporting, and data compliance in HMIS/CHAMP systems.
• Ensure safety protocols, client satisfaction, and continuous service delivery.
• Lead strategic planning, program evaluation, and staff development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, or related field, plus 4+ years in social services.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• Strong knowledge of LA County homelessness services landscape and relevant policies.
• Experience with diverse populations, including those with chronic physical/behavioral health issues.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with HMIS/CHAMP systems preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Valid CA driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
