Job Title: Inventory Control Quality Assurance Supervisor

Job Summary: The Inventory Control Quality Assurance Supervisor will oversee the inventory control processes and ensure the quality of products and materials. This role involves supervising inventory staff, conducting audits, and implementing quality assurance protocols to maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the inventory control team, providing guidance and support.
• Develop and implement inventory control procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with other departments to manage stock.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and issues.
• Implement quality assurance protocols to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Train and mentor staff on inventory control and quality assurance best practices.
• Prepare and present reports on inventory status and quality metrics.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality standards are met.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in inventory control and quality assurance.
• 3-5 Years experience in Distribution or Warehouse setting
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and tools.
• Kitting experience 2-3 years
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
