ID: 51851407 Shift: 19:00-07:00 Description: : Tristar Hendersonville Medical Center Location: Critical Care Unit New Shackle Island Rd Hendersonville, TN Unit Name: CCU Building: Cost Center: General Information Unit Specifics: Number of Beds: 20 Patient Ratios: 2:1 for CCU patients Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : Unit secretary on days & nights, occasional tech help Type of equipment: GE monitors, Alaris pumps, Puritan Bennet ventilators Documentation system: Meditech Scheduling requirements: 36 hours/wk, 3 weekend shifts/4 weeks Floating policy: Contract labor floats before core staff Patient Experience requirements: at least 1 year critical care Hospital Specifics- Certifications: ACLS Hiring profile Requested Skill Set: Must have: 1 year critical care experience, Meditech experience, ACLS, NIH certification Advanced skills needed: Ability to manage: arterial lines, venous/arterial sheaths/cardiovascular & vasopressor drips/ventilated patients Procedures performed on unit: Bedside central line placement, Massive transfusion protocol, Certifications Required: ACLS Dress Code: (Required uniform) Black scrubs Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please attach unit specific policies and guidelines.
