AUTO OFFER.
35.25hrs/wk
Patient Ratio: 1:1-3 critical care; 1:4-6 if floated (Confirm with traveler).
Years of Acute Care Experience Required: 1.5 and relates to the position.
First-timers accepted.
Every other weekend.
BLS, ACLS, and NIH required.
There may be additional float units based on skill set and hospital needs (Confirm with traveler).
No block scheduling.
Locals accepted.
NO FRESH HEARTS.
Patient Mix: Acute renal failure, GI Surgery, CVAs, TBIs, and vented px.
Required Experience:
- Neuro ICU/SICU
- Strong EKG skillset
- Pulmonary Artery Line/Swan Ganz monitoring
- TAVI/TAVR
- Insulin protocols
- CVVHD/CRRT
- Strong IV skillset
- Lumbar drains
- Post neuro surgery
- EVD and vents
- IABP/Impella/LVAD preferred
