Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) Architect/Developer. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional passionate about delivering cutting-edge automation solutions to digitize and optimize document-centric business processes. As part of our consulting team, you will lead the architecture, design, and implementation of IDP solutions using Tungsten Automation’s Total Agility platform, working closely with clients to automate workflows, streamline document processing, and integrate the platform with broader enterprise systems.

You’ll work with the latest technologies, expand your skills, experience work-life balance, and become a part of our global community of talented, diverse, and knowledgeable colleagues.Solution Architecture: Design and architect IDP solutions using Tungsten Automation’s Total Agility platform to meet client business needs for intelligent document capture, workflow automation, and business process management.
Custom Development: Develop, configure, and deploy Total Agility solutions, including document classification, data extraction, and validation workflows.
Process Automation: Lead the automation of document-centric processes, leveraging Total Agility’s capabilities in machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and optical character recognition (OCR).
System Integration: Integrate Total Agility with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and other business applications to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of the Total Agility platform, identifying bottlenecks and implementing enhancements to ensure system efficiency and scalability.
Technical Leadership: Guide junior developers and team members, ensuring adherence to best practices in IDP and business process automation.
Client Engagement: Work closely with client stakeholders to understand their document processing challenges, define project scope, and ensure successful delivery of solutions.
Documentation: Prepare detailed technical documentation including solution architectures, configuration guides, and user manuals.
Experience: 7-10 years of experience in Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) or Business Process Automation, with at least 3-5 years working with Tungsten Automation’s Total Agility platform.
Technical Expertise:
Deep expertise in Tungsten Automation’s Total Agility platform, including configuration, workflow design, and document processing capabilities.
Strong background in implementing IDP features like OCR, machine learning models for document classification, and data extraction technologies.
Proficiency in developing custom scripts, plugins, and integrations using Total Agility’s APIs and SDK.
Experience working with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle) and web services (SOAP, REST).
Automation Concepts: Strong understanding of Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), Business Process Automation (BPA), and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
Problem Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to address complex technical challenges in document processing and automation workflows.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Consulting Experience: Proven experience working in a client-facing consulting environment, managing relationships, and delivering successful project outcomes.
Certifications: Certifications in Tungsten Automation’s Total Agility platform or related automation tools is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with other IDP and RPA platforms such as IBM Datacap, ABBYY FlexiCapture, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or any of the cloud hyperscaler offerings.
Familiarity with AI-driven data extraction and document analytics technologies.
The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $125,000 to $202,730. Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits or any potential equity or variable bonus programs.
