IHOP - Immediate iHospitality Assistant Specialist Needed

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with IHOP Team Members and guests
- Handle guest complaints and ensure a high-quality dining experience
- Communicate food orders and service requests accurately and in a timely manner
- Memorize IHOP terminology, plating techniques, and menu knowledge
- Follow IHOP standards for preparing menu items
- Perform cleaning duties and comply with uniform standards
- Complete other assigned tasks as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
- No prior experience or training required
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Basic mathematical skills
- Common sense reasoning and problem-solving abilities
- Successful completion of IHOP training course work
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Ability to stand, walk, and communicate effectively
- Use hands to handle objects and tools
- Occasional lifting and moving up to 25 pounds
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Occasional exposure to fumes or airborne particles
- Moderate noise level in the work environment
