Overview
The OPERATIONS MANAGER supports the mission of the organization by applying leadership and managerial skills in planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring the daily operations of the Diagnostic Imaging Department. The OPERATIONS MANAGER will assist the Administrative Director in the development and implementation of department policy and procedures as well as capital and operational budgets. In conjunction with Administrative Director, Department Chair, and various section chiefs, the Operations Manager will develop, implement and monitor activities and standards to ensure compliance with and/or accreditation of various governing bodies.
Qualifications
EDUCATION & TRAINING:
GRADUATE OF JRC APPROVED PROGRAM IN RADIOLOGIC TECHNOLOGY WITH MINIMUM OF ASSOCIATES DEGREE. BACHELORS DEGREE IN HEALTH CARE OR RELATED FIELD PREFERRED. ADVANCED LEVEL CERTIFICATION HELPFUL.
EXPERIENCE:
MINIMUM OF 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE AS A GENERAL RADIOGRAPHER AND 3 YEARS SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE.
LICENSE & CERTIFICATION:
ARRT REGISTERED, KY RADIATION OPERATOR CERTIFICATE.
