Responsibilities
The Imaging Technician Trainees handle claim documents on a daily basis. This role includes receiving documents to identify numbers and claim types.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performs document prepping, scanning, indexing, and quality control tasks for the Enterprise Imaging Unit to provide document images to or for Enterprise Imaging customers
- Provides image processing for business partners
- Performs timely and in-depth research on unidentified front-end image mail to determine proper workflow disposition
- Knowledge of imaging equipment operation and maintenance
- Ability to perform routine, repetitive work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in researching documents
- Customer service skills
- Verbal and written communication skills to effectively work with all levels of management, other departments and outside contractors/vendors
Additional Details:
- Imaging is a non-customer facing production environment
- No phone work
- Handles sensitive customer information in accordance with defined workflow and procedures
Flexible Work Schedule. Employees' work schedules will alternate or fluctuate based on business needs.
There will be a 12 month incumbency period when accepting a job offer as an Imaging Technician.

- Knowledge of imaging equipment operation and maintenance

May require changing shifts and irregular work hours as business needs dictate
