This is a direct hire position with a salary between $70,000 - $90,000 with excellent benefits in Uptown Charlotte NC
Description:
Prominent business and litigation law firm with offices in the Carolinas. The companies large, business immigration practice is seeking an experienced business immigration paralegal to join its team in the Charlotte, NC office. Candidates must have strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to develop cases, ability to prioritize work, and a strong substantive understanding of legal requirements and supporting documentation for business immigration filings. Candidates must possess at minimum three years of employment-based immigration experience with preparing all types of nonimmigrant visa applications and EB-1 through EB-3 immigrant visa applications. The successful candidate will also have experience working with Fortune 500 clientele and international executives. A four year college degree is also preferred. This position is based on a standard 37.5 hour work week. However, some overtime may be required as needed. Salary is negotiable and commensurate with experience and includes an attractive benefits package.
