Implementation Coordinator - Unified Group Services Inc

Job Summary:

Unified Group Services is a full-service third-party administrator (TPA) for self-insured group health plans. We're dedicated to providing excellent customer service and the flexibility our customers desire in administering employee benefit plans.

The job of the Implementation Coordinator is to be the point person for all communication (internal and external) during the transition of a new customer to Unified Group Services for the administration of their employee benefit plan. The implementation coordinator should have excellent communication skills and attention to detail and must be comfortable speaking in front of an audience. The candidate should be skilled in Excel and PowerPoint. An understanding of benefit plan design is helpful. The candidate must be a self-starter and work independently while under pressure to meet deadlines. Some travel may be required as well as flexibility in workday hours.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Work with broker and customer management team to collect information pertaining to transitioning their health plan benefits to Unified Group Services
• Clearly communicate information to internal teams.
• Create and coordinate administrative documents for signature.
• Create employee communication materials.
• Communicate setup details to applicable vendors.
• Process routine and non-routine tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.

Experience/Training:

• Experience with self-funded insurance preferred.
• High School degree
• two years of experience in a customer service role

Hours Required: 40 per week - Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Pay Basis: Hourly
