The Implementation Coordinator will collaborate with the Senior Director of Client Onboarding & Implementation, Sales, and Account Management Teams to define customer requirements and ensure the seamless setup of products and services. This role involves presenting onboarding processes to client management and managing timelines to ensure project completion.
Responsibilities:
- Implementation Management: Drive project progress across multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Documentation: Create and manage project plans, timeline trackers, and standard implementation documents.
- Problem Solving: Analyze complex issues, assess customer needs, and facilitate solutions.
- Client Interaction: Confirm customer requirements and ensure accurate selections.
- Kick-off Coordination: Set up tools and documentation for implementation initiation.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate updates from functional leads, track progress, and follow up on action items.
- Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external vendors.
- Additional Duties: Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
