Pay Rate: $40 Per Hour
Location: Riverside, RI - Hybrid; 2 days can be work from home
Hours Per Week: 40;Mon – Fri, 8:30am- 5:00pm
6 Month Contract with potential for extension

Summary:

• The Implementation Specialist is a part of the New Account Setup team supporting setup of Commercial banking products
• This is a position with an emphasis on high quality output in a fast-paced high-volume environment reviewing documentation and completing customer setups
• Support efforts in streamlining operations and improve customer service
• Support process improvement activity and a culture of continuous improvement
• Exhibits strong customer service attitudes and values
• Identify and escalate risks and issues where appropriate
• Complies with processes as documented
• Aids direct colleagues and various business partners as needed
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with peers
• Identifies opportunities that add value to the business objectives and enhance the customer experience
• Supports an environment of cooperation and change
• Operates effectively as an Individual Contributor and works well in a team environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Review documentation and requests for accuracy and Index accordingly
• Self-manage workload while maintaining a wholistic understanding of work volume
• Complete requests within established SLA's
• Communicate clearly and effectively to Implementation manager for any returned requests
• Support efforts to streamline operations and improve customer service

Qualifications:

• Strong Excel experience
• Indexing experience
• Ability to work under pressure with efficiency and accuracy
• Proficient in data entry
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong verbal/written communication skills
• Strong knowledge and work experience with Microsoft applications such MS Office, Excel and Word.

Education
HS Diploma or equivalent
