Position Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Clinic Director to join our dynamic team at our new west valley clinic. In this crucial role, you will collaborate with the Clinic Director to oversee daily operations and ensure the highest standards of care. While this position is primarily on-site, you'll have the flexibility to work from home two days a month. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting in the development and monitoring of treatment plans, leading and supporting our Behavior Technicians, and working closely with families and professionals to deliver outstanding ABA therapy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Clinic Director to lead the clinical team and ensure effective ABA therapy services.
- Assist in the creation, implementation, and oversight of individualized ABA treatment plans.
- Conduct assessments and analyze client data to track progress.
- Mentor and provide guidance to Behavior Technicians and clinical staff.
- Partner with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.
- Maintain thorough documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
- Stay updated on ABA research, best practices, and regulatory standards.
- Manage a flexible work schedule between 8 AM and 6 PM, Monday through Friday.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
- Active Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Active Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Arizona.
- Proven experience in ABA therapy, particularly in leadership roles.
- Strong skills in developing and implementing ABA programs.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Commitment to fostering a collaborative and supportive team culture.
- Experience with diverse client populations is a plus.
