IN-HOME CARE AGENCY DIRECTOR - Caring Senior Service

Being an Agency Director for Caring Senior Service means leading a team dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for seniors through compassionate, professional care. Caring Senior Service is actively seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to join our team as the Agency Director. 

As the Agency Director, you will play a crucial role in driving the success and growth of our organization. Your exceptional leadership skills, deep understanding of the senior care industry, and commitment to delivering exceptional service will be the key to ensuring that we continue to provide high-quality care to our clients. 

Responsibilities: 

• Provide strategic direction and overall leadership to the agency, ensuring alignment with the company's mission, vision, and goals.  
• Develop and implement business plans, marketing and recruitment strategies, and operational policies to meet and exceed revenue targets. 
• Manage and oversee all aspects of agency operations, including client care, caregiver recruitment and retention, financial management, and regulatory compliance.  
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork, professional development, and accountability.  
• Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, families, healthcare professionals, and community organizations. 
• Monitor industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure compliance and adapt the agency's operations accordingly. 
• Analyze performance metrics and financial reports to drive continuous improvement and achieve optimal operational efficiency. 
• Act as the primary spokesperson and representative for the agency, both internally and externally, building the company's brand and reputation within the community. 
• Collaborate with other Agency Directors and corporate leadership to share best practices, leverage resources, and drive organizational growth.  

Requirements:  

• Proven experience in a leadership role within the senior care industry, with a strong understanding of home care operations and regulations.  
• Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team. 
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with a demonstrative track record of achieving and exceeding business objectives.  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders. 

• Proficient in financial management and budgeting, with the ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions. 
• Knowledge and experience with regulatory requirements within the senior care industry. 
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced and evolving environments, making sound decisions under pressure. 
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. 
• Minimum 5 years' experience leading a healthcare agency

Pay rate range $50,000-$60,000, plus bonuses
