Job Description: As an In-Home Care Professional, you will be responsible for providing care and support to individuals in their homes. This role requires a compassionate, patient, and attentive individual who is committed to making a positive impact in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Personal Care Assistance: Help clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
2. Meal Preparation: Prepare nutritious meals according to the dietary needs and preferences of clients.
3. Medication Management: Assist with the administration of medications and monitor for side effects.
4. Mobility Assistance: Aid clients with mobility, including transfers and ambulation.
5. Companionship: Provide companionship, engage in conversation, and participate in recreational activities with clients.
6. Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping duties, such as cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe environment.
7. Transportation: Provide transportation to appointments, shopping, and other activities.
8. Health Monitoring: Monitor clients’ health and report any significant changes to the supervising nurse or case manager.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in caregiving preferred.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
