In-home Family Based Services Mental Health Therapist or Practitioner (Skills Counselor) at Therapeutic Services Agency, Inc.

Therapeutic Services Agency, Inc is seeking additional Mental Health Practitioners (Bachelor degree, with experience under the supervision of a Licensed Mental Health Professional or enrolled in Master’s program) to provide in-home skills training to children and families in the East Central MN area (Pine, Kanabec, Isanti, Chisago, Northern Washington Counties) and in the Twin Cities Metro area. Services are provided in families’ homes and case assignments are made for locations within about 45-mile radius of staff’s home. Candidate must have qualifications as a mental health provider in MN (Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family therapy or related field). Position involves evening and some day work, driving to families’ homes and ability to work independently as well as part of a professional team. Compensation and benefits are competitive and agency is supportive.

Position Requirements: 

We are seeking to hire a Mental Health Practitioner or Clinical Trainee.

• Mental Health Practitioner: BS degree and experience under the supervision of a Licensed Professional or a master's degree enrollment or graduate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Community Counseling or related field.
• Clinical Trainee: Master's degree and on licensure track.
