We are currently hiring for an In Home Sales / Comfort Advisor to join our team!
Be part of our sales team! Meeting with customers in their homes, providing excellent customer service, listening to needs and wants, informing them of best options to ensuring their indoor home comfort needs are met.

Job Title: In Home Sales / HVAC Comfort Consultant
Compensation: Base + Commission & Spiffs. Uncapped earning potential, with annual earnings $150K +
Work Hours: Schedule will vary based upon scheduling needs of customer, presentation times and seasonality, and the Comfort Consultant may regulate their work hours accordingly. Must be available evenings and weekends.
What you will be doing / other details:
- Meeting customers in their homes
- Selling Residential heating and cooling (HVAC) equipment
- New installations, complete system upgrades, indoor air quality products, HVAC system accessories
- Educate customers on indoor air quality solutions and present heating and cooling solutions to fit the customers' needs
- Selling annual service memberships
Qualifications / Skills:
- Valid drivers' license and insurable driving record
- 2 years degree
- Minimum 2 years consultative sales experience, previous in-home sales experience preferred
- Comfortable working directly with consumers in their home
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Goal oriented with a strong desire to succeed
- Desire to earn $150K +
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Ability to go into attics, crawlspaces, outside, and the use of step ladders
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a condition offer of employment
