Job Description:
As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Meeting with customers on a daily basis to identify their needs and offer them a solution.
- Collaborate with your sales manager for continued growth and development.
- Ensure accuracy of all paperwork.
- Follow the proven Bath Fitter sales guidelines.
- Meet or exceed closing sales objectives within company guidelines.
- All leads are qualified and pre-set (no cold-calling).
Requirements:
- High School diploma.
- Strong communication skills (Verbal and Written).
- High level of energy.
- Positive and optimistic attitude.
- Valid driver's license.
- Must have reliable transportation.

- Average 1st-year income $80K - $100K.
