You will work with pre-set appointments and a flexible schedule, targeting homeowners interested in our exclusive, in-house manufactured steel roofing solutions. This role offers a unique opportunity to represent a premium product line and earn substantial commission-based income.

- Sales Presentations: Conduct in-home sales presentations to potential customers, explaining the features and benefits of our exclusive steel roofing solutions.
- Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with homeowners by understanding their needs and providing tailored roofing solutions.
- Close Sales: Utilize effective sales techniques to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-up with prospects and customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on our roofing products and industry trends to provide knowledgeable advice and recommendations to customers.
- Report Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions using company-provided software.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven consumer-facing experience, preferably in high-end dining, car sales, or retail.
- Strong work ethic with a proven ability to close sales.
- Excellent verbal communication and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver's license (company provides a sales vehicle).
- Familiarity with the roofing industry is a plus, but not required.
