Job Responsibilities:

• Build lasting customer relationships to recommend the best HVAC solutions
• Cultivate key client relationships and successfully close deals
• Develop accurate sales proposals for seamless installation transitions
• Provide comprehensive product information, creating confident buyers
• Generate enthusiasm for On The Mark Heating & Air and encourage customer referrals
• Design and propose residential retrofit HVAC installs across various equipment types
• Become an expert in your market area by understanding and addressing customer needs

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday + Weekends as needed
  
  

Pay and Benefits:

• Competitive base salary with generous commission

• Expected yearly salary range of $150,000 to $300,000
