About the Job
Residential Services, Inc. (RSI) is hiring a part-time In-home Services Worker (IHSW) for our In-Home program. This position will primarily work with a child with unique needs in Hoyt Lakes, MN during the week and provide support to an adult in the Eveleth/Gilbert area every other weekend. The ideal candidate will have experience or a strong desire to work with children and adults requiring specialized support. While the child is in school, this position will work 20-25 hours per week Monday-Friday between 3p-7p., and every other weekend. During non-school hours, this position will work 24-30 hours per week between 9a-5p and every other weekend.
Salary: $18.50-19.50 per hour

What you’ll do as an In-home Services Worker:
As an IHS Worker, you will serve youth and adults living in private home settings. You will provide skill training and supports to help individuals perform daily living skills, provide emotional and behavioral support, and engage in physical activities such as walking, running, and outdoor play. You will work collaboratively with the person and their support team to implement supports plans that will help them achieve independence in a variety of skill areas including:

For this position, you will need:
- A valid driver’s license with no restrictions and have a working vehicle to use for work
- A two-year degree in a behavioral science or related field preferred OR
- One year of experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred
- To pass a post-offer background check and Motor Vehicle Report check
