Job Details
Essential Job Functions:
- Transactional Contract Review (Primary focus)
o Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC)
o Equipment Supply (ESA)
o Construction Management Services (CMS)
- Other contracts
o Non-disclosure / Confidentiality Agreements
o Licensing agreements
o Employment agreements
- Provide general support to the company’s sales, engineering and
operations departments; assisting with other legal matters facing the
company
- Manage existing open and end-of-term NDAs
- Other duties and tasks as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Must be able to review, revise, negotiate, and finalize contracts of
medium complexity.
- Possess exceptional legal reasoning, writing and contract drafting
abilities, as well as strong negotiating and independent decision making
skills
- Demonstrated good judgment, attention to detail, and analytical
thinking abilities
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Remarkable work ethic and initiative
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and
prioritize
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part
of a team
- Occasionally lift and carry up to 20 lbs.
- Repetitious hand and finger dexterity to communicate via email and
cellphone
- Extensive visual and auditory observation during work.
- Write and read job-related notes via email, etc.
