As an In-House Marketing Supervisor, you will be a key leader in driving the success of the In-House Marketing team. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring high conversion rates for both owners and guests of owners, while also being accountable for your personal tour booking production. You will create a positive team environment, direct operations for both front and back of house, and ensure compliance with "Count On Me" service standards to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You'll oversee room inventory, greet and register guests, offer concierge services, and provide qualified tours to the sales team—all while enhancing the overall guest experience and promoting guest satisfaction, loyalty, and successful resolution.
- Conversion Rate Accountability & Reporting (50%)
You will be responsible for driving high conversion rates for both owners and guests of owners, tracking and improving both team and individual performance. You’ll monitor conversion metrics, prepare detailed reports on show factors and daily tour bookings, and ensure timely updates are submitted to corporate. - Team Leadership & Supervision (30%)
Lead by example by interviewing, hiring, training, and motivating the In-House Marketing team. Conduct performance reviews, offer feedback, and foster a positive team environment that encourages associates to embrace guest opportunities and exceed expectations. - Coordination with Sales Teams (10%)
Work closely with the In-House and Front Line sales teams to ensure smooth tour flow and ensure that marketing efforts align with sales strategies. Stay updated on changes to marketing programs, including booking and gifting policies. - Administrative Support (10%)
Maintain accurate records, such as tour manifests and invitations. Resolve any booking issues promptly and ensure that all marketing supplies (collateral, uniforms, etc.) are stocked and organized.
How You’ll Be Rewarded
We offer a competitive compensation package with the opportunity to earn $75K+ annually (including base salary, commissions, and bonuses), with significant earning potential. For high performers, there is the opportunity to reach six figures or more, with a clear path for future growth and promotions within the company.

What You’ll Bring
- Industry Experience: We are looking for candidates with proven experience in vacation ownership or timeshare marketing, ideally in a leadership role within the In-House Marketing realm.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Relevant marketing experience may substitute for formal education.
- Experience: At least 2 years in marketing, with leadership experience in the vacation ownership or timeshare industry.
- Skills:
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and leadership abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and drive results.
- Familiarity with marketing systems such as Mainframe, Focus, and CRS.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to motivate, coach, and develop employees.
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional service and maintaining guest satisfaction.
