About the Job
How You Will Make an Impact
- Videography: Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos that showcase our products and brand in the best light. This includes product demos, lifestyle videos, brand stories, social content, and more.
- Creative Direction: In-House Videographer will collaborate with the Digital producers and Marketing team to develop creative concepts and storyboards that align with our brand's vision and messaging.
- Post-Production: In-House Videographer will edit and enhance video content using industry-standard software, ensuring impeccable color grading, sound design, and motion graphics when necessary.
- Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives that resonate with our customers and effectively communicate the unique value of our products and brands.
- Branding: Maintain brand consistency and ensure all video content adheres to our brand guidelines.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Digital Producers and internal stakeholders and partners to meet project objectives and exceed expectations.
- Equipment Management: Manage and maintain video equipment, ensuring it is in excellent working condition for each project.
- Project Management: Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budgets.

What You Bring to the Table
- Bachelors in film, Videography, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5 years of proven experience as a videographer, with a strong portfolio/demo reel.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software:
- Adobe Premiere (creative suite)
- DSLR experience (Sony or Canon)
- iPhone (social media capture)
- Red camera experience (nice to have)
- Excellent understanding of lighting, camera operation, and audio equipment.
- Strong storytelling and creative skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for visual aesthetics.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
