CTG is seeking to fill an In-Processing Coordinator opening for our client in Richland, WA.
Location: Richland, WA
Duration: 6 months, potential for extension
This will be a 4 day 10 hour shift role, M-TH
Pay: $21 to $23/hr
Hourly and salaried options available
Duties:
- Administer and manage the Security Screening Information System (SSIS), Ready2Work, and Personnel Access Data System.
- In-process 1,400+ supplemental employees in preparation for Refueling Outage 27.
- Handle confidential information for all supplemental employees, ensuring proper documentation and data security.
- Assign and track training qualifications via the Ready2Work software.
- Schedule and manage appointments for medical, training, dosimetry, Personality Assessment Inventory (PAI), and Fitness for Duty.
- Print and assemble employee welcome packets for new in-process workers.
- Facilitate the smooth flow of in-processing through designated buildings (122, 184, 186, 356).
- Attend and participate in High Impact Team meetings to ensure alignment with Refueling Outage 27 objectives.
- Prepare in-processing buildings to ensure they are ready for Refueling Outage 27.
- Order office supplies and ensure operational readiness for daily tasks.
- Provide direction, training, oversight, and support for in-processing operations to all site and contractor organizations.
- Perform administrative and technical tasks as needed to meet operational requirements.
- Support the Fitness for Duty and Access Authorization processes, providing administrative assistance as necessary.
Skills:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with internal departments and external contractors.
- Ability to quickly learn and navigate new software applications, including SSIS and Ready2Work.
- Organizational skills with the ability to establish priorities, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and resourcefulness in completing tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to adapt to changing conditions and demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to analyze and evaluate data for reporting and decision-making purposes.
Experience:
- Requires a minimum of one year of experience in project planning and/or in-processing activities, including scheduling, preparing for events, and badging, OR
- An Associate's degree and two years of relevant experience, OR
- A high school diploma or GED with at least three years of related experience.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, or an Associate's degree, or a high school diploma/GED combined with relevant experience.
Desired Education and Experience:
- Experience working with the Security Screening Information System (SSIS) database.
- Familiarity with the Ready2Work software application.
- Experience with in-processing, scheduling, training coordination, and badging requirements.
- Ability to learn and apply relevant company policies and state and federal laws relating to nuclear power plants.
Required Abilities and Skills:
- Proficiency in computer use, particularly with Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interface professionally with diverse teams.
- Resourceful and adaptable to meet changing business needs.
Desired Abilities and Skills:
- Knowledge of processes for obtaining unescorted access, blue badge access, and reinvestigations.
- Familiarity with training and badging requirements, especially in the context of nuclear power plants.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
