In-Store Sales Representative - American Home Design

American Home Design is hiring part-time and full-time In-Store Promotions Representatives for our Nashville area team. We have opportunities to work in the Briley Parkway, Madison, Hermitage, Antioch, Thompson Lane, Bellevue, Brentwood, Spring Hill, Clarksville & Hendersonville locations. Whether you are looking for a part-time position or beginning a sales career; we offer both options.

Our promoters work inside local Home Depot stores and schedule appointments for a free water test with shoppers. You are not selling a product, but you are selling a FREE water test. You get paid well to talk to people! We offer paid training and a lucrative base + unlimited bonus opportunity. Our top in-store representatives are making over $30/hour!.

Promotions Rep Job Responsibilities:

• Walk the store and initiate communication with potential customers through a brief water survey conducted on a provided tablet
• Schedule FREE water tests with homeowners; call the lead into the Call Center to confirm their appointment on the spot
• Meet and exceed hourly appointment expectations

Promotions Rep Qualifications:

• Ability to speak to customers with confidence and enthusiasm
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Self-motivated and self-disciplined to work independently
• Must be able to work at least 1 weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)
• Ability to walk the Home Depot store for a 4 hour shift
• Reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass a background check
