Draw House Concepts is seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Inbound Call Center Agent to join our team in Atlanta office. As the Inbound Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for clients and potential customers, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our architectural services.
Responsibilities:
• Answer inbound calls from customers and address their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain a positive and friendly attitude towards customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Follow up with customers via phone or email to ensure their needs have been met.
• Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and increase sales.
• Continuously update yourself with knowledge of the company's products, services, and procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with CRM software and call center technologies is preferred.
