Responsibilities
Client Support: Provide friendly and efficient customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Policy Assistance: Perform policy reviews, Assist clients with policy-related questions, changes, and updates, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness.
Claims Handling: Process and facilitate claims, guiding clients through the claims submission process and ensuring a seamless experience. Writing new policy's.
Problem Solving: Identify and resolve customer concerns, demonstrating strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of interactions and transactions to ensure a high level of service.
Relationship Building: Build and nurture relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and trust.
Requirements
Candidate is required to hold an active Property & Casualty Insurance license
We provide training material to study for the state Property & Casualty exam, and we reimburse for the 1st successful attempt
