What You’ll Do:
+ Handle Inquiries: Manage phone and message inquiries from patients and their care partners.
+ Assist with Healthcare Needs: Help with insurance, billing inquiries, appointment management, medical records, authorizations, and referrals.
+ Use C-I-CARE: Ensure every patient interaction is positive and effective.
What You Bring:
+ Experience: Minimum 1 year in a high-volume contact center and 1 additional year in customer service, or 2 years in patient-facing healthcare roles.
+ Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including impeccable phone manners.
+ Multitasking Abilities: Proficient in handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

Work Environment:
+ High Volume: Handle a high volume of inbound calls and tasks between calls.
+ Training: Intensive 5-week classroom-style training with 100% attendance required.
+ Shifts: Main availability needed between 6am-6pm, with shift bids for Mon-Fri, Tues-Sat, and Sun-Thurs schedules.
Contract to Hire:
This is a 4-month contract-to-hire position, offering you the opportunity to transition to a permanent role based on performance.
