Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all inbound operations, ensuring that all processes are running efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and implement cost reduction strategies to optimize operations and increase profitability.
- Utilize ERP systems to manage warehouse inventory, track shipments, and analyze operational data.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations, improve productivity, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all unloading procedures are followed correctly and safely, minimizing product damage and maximizing efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to align inbound operations with overall company goals and objectives.
- Train, mentor, and supervise inbound team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Monitor and manage warehouse space and layout to optimize storage capacity and product accessibility.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and carriers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Ensure all operations comply with legal regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in inbound operations management, preferably in the finance industry.
- Proven experience with ERP systems, warehouse management, continuous improvement initiatives, cost reduction strategies, and unloading procedures.
- Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on practical, cost-effective solutions.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and utilize operational data to drive decision making.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to a diverse audience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Knowledge of legal regulations and company policies related to inbound operations.
