Inbound Medical Support Specialist
Will be working fully onsite in Tempe, AZ!

Standard Hours – Monday-Friday 6:00AM – 6:00PM (an assigned 8 hour shift )
Competitive Pay – $19.25 on contract with an increase to $20 when hired on permanently

A day in the role…
• Assist members & patients through chat, email & inbound calls – approximately 40 - 60 Per Day.
• Respond to general inquiries from patients regarding their account such as insurance/billing, appointment management, or prior authorizations.
• Coordinate care among our members' care partners such as pharmacies, testing labs, specialists, & insurance providers.
• Resolve general tech issues & problem solve a resolution for the member.
• Become comfortable in navigating our systems such as RingCentral, Slack, G-Suite, Zoom, & our Electronic Medical Record System.
Health Plan Knowledge| Provider Communication| Medical Terminology |Customer Service
Core Experience:
· 1 year of call center & 1 year of face to face customer service
· 2 years of medical administrative experience
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
