Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Interact with clients through various communication channels, understanding their insurance requirements, and offering personalized guidance.
Inbound Inquiries: Handle incoming inquiries promptly, providing accurate information and addressing client needs effectively.
Policies Tailoring: Customize insurance plans to suit the individual needs of each client, ensuring comprehensive coverage and maximum satisfaction.
Cross-Selling Opportunities: Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products and services to enhance client portfolios and meet their evolving needs.
Relationship Management: Build strong and lasting relationships with clients, fostering trust, loyalty, and long-term partnerships.
Continuous Development: Stay informed about industry trends and updates, continuously enhancing your knowledge to provide informed advice and support.
Requirements
Licensing: Active insurance license in Missouri.
Location: Candidate must be located in Missouri and must be able to commute to the office 1 day / week.
Experience: Prior experience in sales or customer service roles, with a preference for insurance sales experience.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients effectively.
Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, set goals, and achieve sales targets.
Technologically Proficient: Comfortable using CRM systems, email platforms, and other sales tools.
Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment.
